Returns Policy & Shipping


For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery products and robe sales are final. We will not accept returns or exchanges on any products. 

All of our products are checked individually here whilst they are prepared for shipping to each customer, and we guarantee our jewellery products against any manufacturer defects. We do not class normal wear and tear as a defect. 

If you feel that the products you have received are faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will not be able to accommodate issues after this time period.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are not dispatched on a weekend or on UK bank holidays. All UK orders are shipped with the Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class "Signed For" service and delivery is usually 1-3 business days.

All International orders are shipped with the Royal Mail International tracked and signed service. You will be provided with the tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. DHL Express worldwide shipping is available if you need your jewellery within 2-3 days. 

UK 1st Class: £4.50 (1-2 working days)

UK 2nd Class: £2.99 (2-4 working days)

Worldwide economy tracked service: £7 (5-7 working days)

Worldwide DHL Express Service: £20 (1-3 working days)
